Michelle Baron-Williamson joined PBT in a business development role in 2005. She started her career as a programmer in 1995 where she spent the following 6 years developing software. Her technical experience and knowledge, coupled with a passion for a people-centric career set the stage for her diversification into the IT recruitment and account management spaces. Certified as a Meta NLP Practitioner in 2008, Michelle continues in her role of business development where her coaching training has proved to be valuable in establishing and maintaining relationships within PBT’s people focused business.
